Phoebe Philo is a British designer, born in Paris and raised in London. Since 2008 Phoebe Philo as been Creative Director at Céline. In 2011 she was named “International Designer of The Year” by the CFDA and this year, like every year, she simply takes our breath with her stunning Spring 2015 Collection.
