KOMBUCHA // Typically, I tend to prefer Health-Ade Kombucha, and their recently launched Bubbly Rosé flavor is excellent. It’s a great alternative to sodas / sugary drinks.
PLANTAIN CHIPS // Simple and satisfying, and I could easily eat an entire bag in one sitting (TMI) – they’re that good. My favorite is sea salt with either coconut oil or olive oil. (Another similar, but equally loved favorite is Bubba’s Fine Foods Snack Mix.)
HONEY MAMA’S HONEY COCOA BARS // These honey-cocoa bars are made from five nutrient-rich ingredients: virgin coconut oil, cocoa powder, Himalayan pink salt, and either sprouted almonds or shredded coconut. That’s it! Chilled in the fridge, they’re the perfect indulgence.
SIETE GRAIN FREE TORTILLA CHIPS/TORTILLAS // This was a game-changer. Finally, a Paleo-approved vehicle for guacamole. (Keep in mind, the brand also has a line of dairy free queso.)
DATES // I’m not sure why, but I long avoided dates. They weren’t appealing to me, but I’ve changed my mind. Sliced and filled with a bit of nut butter or sun butter, they’re completely delicious. And I promise, they’re indulgent enough that you’ll only need one. Or maybe two.
PUMPKIN SEEDS // Skout Backcountry Organic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds are likely my new favorite snack, especially when I’m on the road. With flavors such as Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Smooth Cocoa, Mountain Ranch, and more – they’re delicious. (The brand also has an Energy Bar that is by far the best Paleo energy bar I’ve yet to encounter.)
